The Neuroplay Experience is a monthly, inclusive play and movement program thoughtfully designed for children ages 3 to 10—especially those with social, developmental, or sensory needs. Held every 2nd Saturday at the North End Recreation Center in Waterbury, CT, this initiative creates a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive through joyful exploration and creative expression.

Founded by two dedicated mothers of children on the autism spectrum, the Neuroplay Experience was born out of a shared vision: to offer families a space where their children are not only welcomed, but celebrated.

While children participate in structured, sensory-friendly activities, parents and caregivers are invited to connect, share, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive, judgment-free setting.

The Neuroplay Experience is just the beginning—it is the flagship event of the Community Hope Project, a growing initiative committed to creating inclusive, joyful, and community-centered experiences for families. More events and resources are on the way.
